The Safta Foundation was established in memory of our Safta, Mrs. Erika Weinberger z”l, whose sensitivity and generosity to those in need made her deeply respected and beloved by all who knew her. 

Rooted in traditional Torah values of chesed and achdus, the Safta Foundation strives to uplift families in need in a compassionate and dignified manner. Many families in our community struggle to put food on the table. The Safta Foundation works with leading Rabbonim to identify families who need a helping hand, and provides an array of assistance from Shabbos and Yom Tov packages to weekly account credits at local kosher supermarkets in a manner that ensures full privacy and discretion. 

At the heart of our mission is the simple belief that every family deserves access to nourishing food and the comfort of knowing they are not alone. Our work is made possible by generous donors who are committed to ensuring peace of mind for every Jewish family in need. Together, we are not just providing meals—we are sustaining Jewish neshamos and strengthening our communities, one family at a time.
